Online Payments 

Fayette County Public Schools' School Nutrition Program is pleased to be able to offer a great way for parents to keep up with their student's lunch money account. 

MySchoolBucks is the nation's leading site for updating and managing your child's school expenses. Access your online account, deposit funds and conveniently and securely maintain your family's school-time budget and spending. 

Please take advantage of the option to make prepayments to your student's meal account. Prepaid meal accounts help the lunch lines go faster and give students more time to eat and socialize with friends. It also gives you the peace of mind of not having to worry about looking for lunch money every day or worry that it might get lost, stolen or used for things other than lunch.

Cash or Check

You may pay into an account for your student with cash or a check sent to your child’s school. If you are adding funds at the elementary school level, please place the funds in a sealed envelope with your student’s first and last name and “Meal Payment” on it. Also, write the teacher’s name and grade on the outside of the envelope.

If you are paying by check, the check must have a pre-printed name, address, and phone number. The check amount cannot be in excess of $300.00.  The Fayette County School District has implemented a check guarantee program service provider.  Envision Payment Solutions ™ has been selected to provide this service.  Envision Payment Solutions™ will guarantee qualified checks up to $300.00.  Please be aware that if your check is returned, it may be represented electronically.  Also, in presenting a check for payment, you authorize service charges and processing fees to be debited from the same account should the check be dishonored.  These fees, as permitted by state law, may be debited as a paper draft or an electronic funds transfer, at our option.  Each dishonored item is subject to the applicable state returned check fees. For your convenience, the School Nutrition Department provides payment envelopes. If you would like some, please contact the cafeteria manager.

Middle school and high school students are unable to charge meals. However, elementary school students are allowed to charge up to three meals. If a student exceeds this limit, an alternative meal will be provided. Please note that breakfast and a-la-carte items cannot be charged.

Payments for school meals can be made by cash, check, or money order at the student’s school cafeteria. Additionally, parents have the option to pay for their child’s meals online at www.myschoolbucks.com.

Information regarding the charge procedure can be found in the student handbooks, school websites, Infinite Campus, and signage at the point of sale. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring students have access to nutritious meals at school.
